Returns & Exchanges
We want you to wear your NOCTE pieces with absolute confidence. If a piece doesn’t resonate with your soul or you simply changed your mind, we offer a hassle-free 30-Day Free Return & Exchange Policy.
To be eligible for a full refund or an exchange, your items must meet the following criteria:
The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
The jewelry must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with no signs of wear, scratches, or damage.
The items must be returned in their complete original packaging, including the signature NOCTE black gift box, velvet pouches, and any promotional materials included.
Step 1: Email our support team at noctehelp@gmail.com
with the subject line: "Return Request - Order #[Your Order Number]".
Step 2: State the reason for your return and whether you prefer a full refund or an exchange for a different size/style.
Step 3: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide you with the return shipping address and detailed instructions.
Step 4: Pack the items securely and ship them back to us using a tracked shipping service. Note: Unless the item arrived damaged, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Step 5: Once your return package is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange piece.
Approved refunds are credited back to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.) within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving the return. You will receive an automated email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
