What materials do you use? We work exclusively with 316L Surgical Grade Stainless Steel. Our gold-toned pieces feature a premium 18K gold plating applied via advanced PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating technology, which is significantly thicker and more durable than traditional flash plating.
Will your jewelry turn my skin green? Absolutely not. Skin discoloration is caused by cheap base metals like copper or brass reacting with body oils. Because we use medical-grade 316L stainless steel, our jewelry is 100% hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and safe for even the most sensitive skin.
Can I wear NOCTE jewelry in the shower? Yes. Our stainless steel pieces are highly water-resistant and will not rust or tarnish when exposed to clean shower water. However, to extend the life of the 18K gold finish, we recommend minimizing prolonged exposure to heavy soaps and body washes.
Can I change or cancel my order? Because we aim to get your items out as quickly as possible, our automated system processes orders immediately. You can request a change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing support@nocte.com. Once an order has been fulfilled and handed over to the courier, it cannot be altered.
Where do you ship from? To offer worldwide shipping at competitive prices, we ship directly from our global manufacturing and fulfillment hubs. This allows us to cut out retail markups and provide premium quality jewelry at accessible price points.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do? We maintain strict quality control, but damage during international transit can occasionally happen. If your item arrives broken or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nocte.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We will ship out a brand new replacement piece completely free of charge.
